Ocean Beach Real Estate

Ocean Beach is a hippy little beach community that is just northwest of downtown San Diego. Here you can walk around the small village, which consists of surf shops, antique shops, restaurants and bars. Ocean Beach is defiantly a different way of life in San Diego. This community likes the fact that the community is not all commercial run stores but owned by locals.

While in Ocean Beach, bring your dogs and throw your ball for them to catch in the ocean at Dog Beach. Here is a place for your dogs to run and play in the sand without there leash. Later, walk onto the Ocean Beach Municipal Pier, which is the longest commercial pier that goes out into the Pacific Ocean. Here is a favorite place to be during Fourth of July because of the spatacular firework show the pier displays every year.
