Raised and educated in Atlanta and Chicago before discovering San Diego, Melissa Waid-LONG brings a uniquely comprehensive combination of outstanding academic and business credentials to her real estate sales practice. With a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Chicago, graduate business education in the MBA program at San Diego State University, and a full understanding and use of cutting edge technological tools, Melissa knows San Diego real estate by the numbers! Her skills at analyzing real estate trend, hands-on market knowledge, intuition and flexibility serve her clients well. In recent years Melissa successfully developed a series of public seminars covering topics from real estate to asset protection and 1031 exchanges. Melissa’s expertise includes buyer and seller representation in complex multi-party transactions as well as straight forward purchases for first time buyers.
