Lakeside Real Estate

Located 25 miles north-east of downtown San Diego is Lakeside, which is just minutes from the desert and mountains. Lakeside is one of the oldest communities in the region and is called one of San Diego County’s “original western towns.” There are four lakes and eight parks that the residents of Lakeside go to and enjoy there days. There is also a 700 acre preserve in Lakeside known as, Silerwood Wildlife Sanctuary. Many residents attend the annual Western Days Parade, go to the rodeo and are active in Spirit of Christmas events. Lakeside is a small rural community that many of the residents love because it’s away from all the hustle and bustle in downtown San Diego.
